USPARK - Ujjivan Bankers Program

USPARK – Ujjivan Bankers Programme is a flagship early-career initiative by Ujjivan Small Finance Bank in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI. This structured, one-year transformation journey is engineered to develop and onboard graduates into confident, job-ready professionals from Day 1.

The program offers a comprehensive, specialized curriculum adopting a blended learning approach consisting of residential classroom training at Manipal’s state-of-the-art campus, live branch internships, and real-world On-the-Job Training (OJT). On successful completion of the programme, candidates are awarded a prestigious Post Graduate Diploma from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) and step directly into core relationship management roles at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

4 Months (Campus Training): ₹5,000/month stipend

Month 13 Onwards: Full full-time employee salary structure upon successful completion

Course Fee Reimbursement: Performance-linked milestone course fee reimbursement structured over 1–3 years of employment.

To join the USPARK program, candidates typically need to meet the following requirements:

Under 27 years at the time of application

Qualification

Full-time Graduate from any stream

Percentage

Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation

Get A Prestigious Diploma

On successfully completing the 12-month program, you will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an institute of eminence.
