About the Bandhan Bank Aspiring Bank Champions Programme
The Aspiring Bank Champions Programme is a joint initiative by Bandhan Bank and UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI, designed as a specialized career-launching program that transforms fresh graduates into skilled banking professionals. This intensive 6-month certification blends 3 months of immersive on-campus learning with 3 months of real-world On-the-Job Training (OJT).
The curriculum focuses on core branch banking operations, customer relationship management, and specialized sales strategies. With a monthly stipend through both training phases, candidates are supported while they build expertise. On successful completion, candidates join Bandhan Bank directly as Assistant Managers, stepping into a dynamic work culture that rewards performance and drives financial empowerment across India.
