To join the Kotak Mahindra NextGen Bankers 2.0 program, candidates typically need to meet the following requirements:

Qualification

Any full-time graduate from a recognized university

Percentage

Aggregate score of 60% and above

Age

27 Years or younger at the time of application

Apprenticeship History:

Must not have been previously registered as an Apprentice with the Apprenticeship board

Get A Prestigious Diploma

On successfully completing the 12-month Kotak NextGen Bankers 2.0 Program, you will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship Management rom Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an institute of eminence.
