About the DCB Bank Launchpad Program
The Launchpad Program is a fast-track initiative by DCB Bank, in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI, designed to prepare fresh graduates for a career in retail banking. This intensive 15-day certification program equips candidates with the technical knowledge and sales expertise needed to excel from Day 1.
The curriculum focuses on customer acquisition, core banking product knowledge (CASA, FD, TD), and service excellence, delivered through immersive, campus-based training. On successful completion, candidates join DCB Bank – a 90-year legacy bank that blends stability with a modern, agile mindset – as Customer Service Managers, stepping into a culture that values transparency and merit-based growth.

DCB Bank Launchpad Program Eligibility Criteria
To join the DCB Bank Launchpad Program, candidates typically need to meet the following requirements:
Qualification
Full-time Graduate from any stream
Percentage
Minimum 50% marks in Graduation
Age
Between 21 and 28 years at the time of application
Get Manipal Certified
On successfully completing the 2-week DCB Bank Launchpad program, you will receive a certificate from UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI.

Upon successful completion, officially join DCB Bank as a Customer Service Manager
