About the RBL Bank Branch Manager Leadership Program
The Branch Manager Leadership Program is a dynamic initiative by RBL Bank, in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI, designed to fast-track experienced banking professionals into leadership roles. This intensive 2-month residential program blends immersive classroom learning at the Manipal Academy of BFSI campus with real-world branch exposure, equipping candidates with the skills to lead from Day 1.
The curriculum covers Branch Operations, Financial Products, Sales Strategies, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Service, and Team Leadership. On successful completion, candidates join RBL Bank as Branch Managers, with a clear growth path to roles such as Cluster Manager, Area Head, and Zonal Head.

To join the RBL Bank Branch Manager Leadership Program, candidates typically need to meet the following requirements:
Age
Between 28 and 36 years at the time of application
Experience
Minimum 6 years in banking (Sales, Service, or Operations)
Qualification
Graduate or Post-Graduate from an approved/recognized college
