Step into the insurance industry with a refreshed, skill-first program by HDFC Life & UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI. Gain real-world experience through physical classroom learning, OJT and internship earning while you learn from Month 1, and step into your dream full-time career.
Master essential sales and leadership skills across Bancassurance, Direct, and Agency channels. Upon completion, you will step directly into high-growth Band 2 roles, such as Corporate Agency Manager (CAM), Financial Planning Manager (FPM) or Business Development Manager (BDM)

On successfully completing the 8-month HDFC Life Smart Achievers Program will receive a certificate from UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI.

Successfully complete the assessment & interview process to start your journey in the HDFC Life Training Program.
Provisional Offer Letter
Receive a provisional offer from HDFC Life, with your final role confirmed upon completing the training.
Campus Training
Immerse yourself in 1 month of classroom training at Manipal Academy of BFSI campus, Bengaluru.
OJT & Beyond
Gain practical real-time experience during 7 months HDFC Life on-the-job training & internship.
Join HDFC Life
Upon successful completion, you'll officially join HDFC Life as a full-time employee.
