About the HDFC Life Smart Achievers Program
The HDFC Life Smart Achievers Program, powered by UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI, is one of the leading BFSI courses. It offers a one-year, Job Assured training journey designed by industry experts to train and recruit fresh graduates for a successful career in insurance.
It is an initiative that will equip students with essential industry knowledge, key skills, and core competencies, along with an invaluable hands-on experience through an internship and exclusive access to senior leaders.
Program Highlights: Virtual, Internship & On-The-Job Training
12-Month Training Program
- 4 Months of Instructed-led virtual classes
- 2 Months: 5,000 p.m during on-the-job training
- 6 Months: ₹20,000 p.m along with incentives during internship

Get Manipal Certified
On successfully completing the 1 Year HDFC Life Smart Achievers Program will receive a Postgraduate In Life Insurance Certificate (PGLI) from UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI.

Successfully complete the assessment & interview process to start your journey in the HDFC Life Training Program.
Provisional Offer Letter
Receive a provisional offer from HDFC Life, with your final role confirmed upon completing the training.
Virtual Training
Immerse yourself in 4 months of Virtual training at Manipal Academy of BFSI campus, Bengaluru.
OJT & Beyond
Gain practical real-time experience during a 8 months HDFC Life on-the-job training & internship.
Join HDFC Life
Upon successful completion, you'll officially join HDFC Life as a full-time employee.
