The Emerging Bankers Program by IDFC FIRST Bank, in association with UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI. This program is designed to train and recruit fresh graduates for a successful career in banking.
It is a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Customer Relationship (PGDBCR) program, one of our leading banking courses, that will equip students with essential banking knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience needed in the banking domain.

The IDFC FIRST Emerging Bankers program fee covers training, boarding, and lodging for the 4 months of campus training.

60% and above in graduation
