In collaboration with UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI for over 13 years, this program has successfully inducted over 16,000 professionals into the bank.
Through interactive sessions, internships, and on-the-job training, it prepares participants to succeed in the banking industry. Upon successful completion, you will earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services from the esteemed Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).

Earn While You Learn
- 4 Months: 5,000 p.m during campus training
- 3 Months: ₹24,490 p.m during internship
- 5 Months: ₹24,490 p.m during on-the-job training
Eligible for Branch Manager in 5 years basis performance
PGD in Banking Services (PGD) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE)
4 Months
This is a four-month phase combining classroom learning with practical training through e-learning modules, lectures, case studies, and field visits.
3 Months
During this three-month internship, you'll gain hands-on experience through observation and shadowing at branches, supported by mentorship from Manipal faculties.
5 Months
This final five-month phase focuses on on-the-job training with soft targets, where you'll receive team support and mentorship from senior staff to align your work with business goals.
Axis Bank Young Bankers Program Eligibility Criteria
To join the Axis Bank Young Bankers Program, candidates typically need to meet the following requirements:

21 – 30 Years
Graduation
Full-time graduate from a recognized university
Percentage
50% and above in graduation
Get A Prestigious Diploma
On successfully completing the 12-month Axis Bank Young Bankers program, you will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an institute of eminence.
