About the Program
Yes Professional Banker Program is co-created by Manipal Academy of BFSI and Yes Bank. The program has a balanced approach of providing relevant knowledge, developing Operations and Relationship skills.
The program aims to enable young graduates to start a career in banking by providing requisite training ensuring first day first hour productivity and a successful banking career.
The 1-year Program has both in-campus residential learning as well as on-the-job training components that enable learning and exposure to real-life work.
Participants can specialize in Operations or Retail Relationship Management areas and sharpen their skills. On successful completion of the training program, students are awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking by Manipal Academy of Higher Education and absorbed in Yes Bank in Operations and Retail business in Deputy Manager Grade.
