Sales Excellence
This program is designed to enable Feet On Street (FOS) officers to be effective on field by demonstrating requisite product knowledge and customer engagement skills to close sales. The focus is on creating a culture of sales excellence which results in a self driven and motivated team.
Training areas – Behavioral skills, customer engagement, Digital Sales, Hygiene Parameters and compliance.
Learning outcomes
On completion of the program, the participants will be able to
- Explain the various products offered by the bank
- Display requisite etiquette, confidence and communication skills
- Demonstrate sales skills with retail customers
Sales Excellence
Program overview
To align newly recruited Wealth Managers with requisite knowledge and skills to effectively engage with customers from ‘day 1’.
The program is designed to enable learners to assimilate complete knowledge skills and attitude to be first-day first hour productive.
Learning outcomes
- Profile customers and draw a financial plan
- Explain various investment products (Debt, Equity, MF, Insurance, AIF, PMS etc) to customers
- Create and manage customer portfolios
- Sell and cross-sell various investment schemes to customers and enhance the relationship value.
Wealth Management
Program overview
To equip Bank of India’s Credit Officers with the necessary knowledge; skills and attitude so that they become more competent and resourceful in handling credit operations of the bank. The program trains credit officers in advanced skills to evaluate credit proposals & prepare appraisal notes independently. It also equips the Credit Officers with extensive knowledge and skills in Marketing Credit Products.
Learning outcomes
- Interact with customers more confidently on offering various credit products of the bank, keeping in mind the related risk exposures depending on internal rating/ credit mitigation processes.
- Market Credit Products and be adept at Negotiation Skills
- Apply the learnings to understand the manufacturing process, operating cycle and the ground level challenges
- Undertake the assigned departmental operations more effectively.
- Understand the relevance of regulatory requirements
