Manipal Academy of BFSI and IDBI Bank have jointly designed this program to enhance the fitment of aspirants in their respective roles successfully, delivering on their responsibilities. The program is divided into 2 phases of campus learning with a tenure of 9 months followed by on-the-job training of 3 months. Completion of both phases of the program will fetch the students a job offer at IDBI Bank as Assistant Manager in the Officers’ Cadre. The courseware is kept dynamic to incorporate trending topics in the Banking domain making it relevant to both the participants and the Bank. Along with industry knowledge, this program helps students develop skills to deal with challenges and recommend need based solutions. The programme focuses on branch operations, regulatory, statutory, process compliance and business growth.

Learner Journey
Course Completion
9 months of classroom training at Manipal Academy of BFSI.
On-the-job training
3-month internship at any of IDBI Bank branches
Employment
On successful completion of both the phases, the candidates join IDBI Bank as Assistant Managers in the Officers’ Cadre.
