The Probationary Officer Program for Sales and Relationship Management is a Postgraduate Diploma co-created by the Manipal Academy of BFSI and ICICI Bank. The program has a balanced approach of providing relevant knowledge, developing deep sales and relationship skills and shaping required behaviours. The Probationary Officer Program for Sales and Relationship Management is a 1-year residential cum on-the-job training program. Students get to specialize in different areas of sales and relationship banking and hone their skills to deliver their best. On successful completion of the training program, students are awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking by Manipal Academy of Higher Education and absorbed in ICICI Bank as frontline sales and relationship managers in Deputy Manager Band I grade.

Selection Process

Online Aptitude test
The first round of the selection process is an online aptitude test. This will assess the reasoning and numerical ability of the candidates.

Personal Interview (PI)
The candidates who clear the third round proceed to the final round which is the Personal Interview round. This will assess their interpersonal skills.
