The Smart Achievers Program is a Post Graduate Certificate in Life Insurance (PGCLI) course that aims to hand-pick passionate individuals to train them in the foundations of insurance. We pick the cream of the crop from all streams and build their foundations in the sales management processes, basics of financial services and fundamentals of life insurance. We prepare the candidates to make them job-ready for a front-line sales role at HDFC Life. Learner Journey

Training
The training constitutes 4 months of virtual learning with 2 months of on-the-job training.
Stiped of Rs. 2500 for 2 months of On-Job training.

Internship
Six-month internship at any HDFC Life office with a monthly stipend of INR 16,000.*

Employee
On completion of the 6-month internship program, the candidates will be confirmed as HDFC LIfe Employees who will continue in the same sales distribution channel.
Selection Process

Shortlist profiles
Candidate's profile will be shortlisted by HDFC Life, based on the education qualification, interest for Sales and English comprehension.

Aptitude test
An online assessment is conducted which is administered by HDFC Life. This assessment is virtually proctored and will evaluate the candidate's verbal and numerical reasoning ability.

Interview
During the interview, knowledge of the subject, verbal communication and other critical skills of the candidates are assessed.
4
Final selection
The formal provisional offer letter will be issued following the selection of the candidate.
