FIP has been designed to ensure the holistic development of an Intern with a blend of 24 months paid Internship at Federal Bank Branches/Offices across India along with Phygital mode of learning through a fusion of classroom and virtual sessions designed by MaGE.

Educational Criteria
Graduates or Post Graduates from any stream with 60% and above in their Final year of graduation. Candidates in the Final Year of their Graduation/Post Graduation who have appeared for their examination & are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for the program.
Final Year mark Sheet & Degree certificate will have to be submitted before the commencement of Term 1 at the time of registration.
Graduation Degree (10+2+3 patterns ) is compulsory.
