Manipal Academy of BFSI has crafted a unique training model that benefits both banks and aspiring bankers. Unlike the classic model, where banks pay stipends to the untrained interns followed by employment confirmation, in the MAGE Training model, industry experts train learners on core banking solutions and are then given hands-on training through internship and on-the-job training. At the end of the program, learners are awarded a Postgraduate Diploma certificate and join as an officer in the bank.
