Registration Register yourself by completing your online application form on this site. Please note, your application will be considered for further processing only when it is completed. This application form will be used to move further into the process of assessments & interview and does not guarantee selection for the program or employment with TATA AIG.

Assessment

We will be conducting two rounds of interviews.

Round 1

Conducted by Manipal personnel to check your job readiness and for grooming

Round 2

Interview by TATA AIG personnel to check your employability.

Campus Onboarding

The selected candidates will be issued an admission letter. At this point they will need to pay the registration fee of ₹10,000 to book their seats in the batch. The candidates can then start the 15 days of pre-read sessions. On completion of the pre-read sessions, they will report to the Manipal Academy of BFSI campus in Bengaluru for 30 days of campus training.

Join TATA AIG

On graduating the candidate joins TATA AIG branch & their 30-day internship period begins, where they start earning internship stipend. On completion of the internship, the candidate starts their three month on-the-job (OJT) program, where they earn OJT stipend. After that the candidate becomes a full time employee of the company and starts earning salary.

Business Development

Frontline sales role that involves building a network in the market to recruit agents, onboard them and manage their performance to achieve business targets
Acquiring new agents through market mapping, identifying sources of recruitment, networking and relationship building, referred recruitment, cold calling etc. and ensuring activation of agents
Ensuring and increasing business through span of active agents by ensuring structured training programs for agents, increasing number of new accounts per agent, motivating agents, execution of promotional activities/ campaigns
Ensuring hygiene in the business, stretched working hours/weekend working may be required

Age: 30 Years Or Younger
Full time graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government.
No immediate relative with TATA AIG employee.
