The HDFC Bank Future Bankers Program designed by Manipal Academy of BFSI in partnership with HDFC Bank is a 1-year professional diploma program structured to provide a ‘real world’ experience to future banking aspirants. The program aims at polishing the practical aspects of learning making it more professional than other programs in the same category. The placement opportunity of our program gives young minds an opportunity to accelerate growth and seamlessly transition into the workforce.
The Future Bankers Program offers 6 months of Classroom Training at Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bangalore, 3 months of internship, 3 months of on-the-job training and final posting at any of the HDFC Bank Branches located in India. Those who successfully complete this 1-year Future Bankers Program will be awarded Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Relationship Banking by Manipal Academy of Higher Education and get placed as Personal Banker in any of the branches of HDFC Bank.

Educational Criteria
You need to be 21 years of age or less than 27 years of age as on 01.06.2021.
You need to be a Full Time Graduate with a minimum graduation percentage of 50%.
You should not have any relatives working with HDFC Bank or in the Future Bankers Program.
You should not have any pending legal cases in any court of law.

Topics covered in the program- Basics of Banking, Economics for Bankers, Accounting, Statistics for Bankers, Retail Banking, Banking Operations, Financial Planning & Wealth Management, Digital Banking, Sales & Customer Service, Compliance, IT & Systems, Business Communication and Personal Banker Specialization.

Internship and On-the-job training
3 months of Internship at any HDFC bank branch and 3 months of On-the-job training at any HDFC bank branch

Employment Opportunity
The candidates will be offered the role of Personal Banker with HDFC Bank on completion.

As part of the selection process, all candidates are expected to clear an online assessment, for which they need to pay an assessment fee of Rs. 550/- which will be collected directly by Aspiring Minds Pvt. Ltd. and no part of such fee is being collected by or on behalf of HDFC Bank.
